1. Take a seat on the ground with arms above your head, and have your partner stand behind you.

2. Take a 3-second count to slowly lower your arms to 90 degrees as your partner applies pressure to make the movement harder and less stable.

3. Then, take a 3-second count to slowly raise your arms back above your head as your partner applies pressure to make it difficult for you to raise your arms.
