Jennifer Aniston Says, “Yoga Changed My Life”; Hosts Ingber’s Yoga DVD Launch
Celebrity yoga instructor Mandy Ingber’s new DVD Yogalosophy will get a star-powered launch from Aniston and others.
Jennifer Aniston will host a launch party for her friend, personal trainer, and yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber, at the Sunset Towers hotel in Los Angeles on Thursday, Ingber told me when we last spoke.
Mandy Ingber releases her new yoga DVD, Yogalosophy, today.
It’s unlikely that you’ll be able to crash that party. But you can be privvy to many of the exercises that Aniston uses to get that stunning figure. Today, Ingber releases (through her website) her yoga DVD, Yogalosophy. For $29.95 the DVD offers two 30-minute yoga sequences, a 55-minute sequence, and yoga extras, such as sun salutations.
In the DVD’s introduction, Aniston, a well-known yoga practitioner, says her “dear friend” Ingber “brought yoga into my life, and it completely changed my life.”
Other star wattage at Thursday’s Yogalosophy launch will include Courtney Cox and Self Editor in Chief Lucy Danziger, reports the New York Post.

There has been heaps of nasty remarks about Jennifer Aniston doing the rounds on the web of late. I feel she looks fantastic, particularly after losing a few pounds.
