    The one roadblock that I find most women that I train complain about is procrastination and lack of motivation. Most women want the benefits but don’t want to put in the necessary work required to get them going. Its almost like they want someone else to work out on their behalf. The mindset has to change. People, the first thing you need to do is visualize yourself in the new situation.

    You’ve probably heard it before…what you think about becomes about. First thing you have to do is shift your mindset and the rest actually does become pretty easy.
